All About Design is a full-service interior design company working primarily throughout western MA and CT. Amy Livingstone, owner and designer, creates spaces that focus completely on the specific needs of each client. By listening and collaborating with the client, she is able to provide interior solutions that reflect their personal lifestyle and tastes.

The many services offered by All About Design arise from the need to create warm, comfortable interiors that people can retreat to, from their everyday activities. The client is welcome to participate in the design process, as much or as little as they desire, without actually having to do the run-around work of putting the design together. This way, they are able to fully enjoy the development and completion of each design without the sacrifice of time and energy.

Amy Livingstone is available for all services ranging from basic consultations to complete design assistance.

Fees and Services:  Available at an Hourly Rate of $50

Complete Design Consultation: Whether your project is new construction, remodeling/renovation, or reorganizing an existing room, we take you from start to finish utilizing computer-drawn layouts to ensure proper space planning. All other services play a part in our complete design service, from one room to whole house. Please call or e-mail for more specific information.

Basic Color Consultation: Assisting you in choosing colors for your home that will flow from room to room.

Personal Shopping: Save money by letting us make the right purchases the first time. If you don’t have time to shop, or don’t know where to find the perfect items, we can help. We can also shop together to assist in choosing the ideal items to compliment your home. Includes accessorizing all items, such as lamps, pictures, architectural pieces, etc.

Furniture and Accessories: Utilize our relationship with many different vendors toreceive the best possible service when making the important decision of purchasing furniture.Also, many trade discounts that are offered to interior designers from various retailers will be passed along to the client. (Discounts depend on the specific vendor).

Window Treatments/Custom Bedding Ensembles: We offer beautiful, unique window treatments, designed for each individual client, and their specific space. Many factors are taken into consideration when creating draperies to ensure the final outcomecompletes the room, while still offering practical elements important to the client. Fabric selection, decorative trim, and drapery hardware are all part of what creates a custom piece. We also offer gorgeous bedding ensembles, from simple to elaborate, all according to the client’s taste and preferences.

Floral Arrangements: We work with very talented florists that use the color, fabrics, and styles of your room to create arrangements unique to your particular project.

Holiday Decorating: Too busy around the holidays to make your home a beautiful, welcoming space? When time is short, let us do the decorating for you. We will display your current decorations, shop for complimentary pieces, and use beautiful floral arrangements to create a unique space, especially for you at the holidays.
